The Budget Module has been designed to streamline the process of budget preparation, submission, approval, allocation, and monitoring. By digitizing these activities, the University aims to enhance operational efficiency, improve financial oversight, and for timely work. I encourage all the departments and other users to actively utilize this module and ensure timely and precise budget management. I am confident that this system will contribute significantly to our commitments towards good governance, financial discipline, and institutional excellence. I appreciate the efforts of all teams involved in the development and implementation of this module and wish them future endeavor.
